Recipe of the Month: Watermelon Agua Fresca

The perfect Summer drink recipe. This refreshing drink is made with fresh watermelon, lime juice and a little sugar. It is a very easy Summer drink to make, requires only a few ingredients, and can be enjoyed from the comfort from your own home. Say hello to Summer with Watermelon Agua Fresca.

Servings: 6


  • 8 cups seedless watermelon peeled, cubed
  • 1 cup water
  • 1/4 cup lime juice
  • 2 tbsp granulated sugar


  • In blender, combine all ingredients. Blend for 2 minutes.
  • Strain through fine mesh sieve, or in cheesecloth-lined strainer.
  • Cover and chill. Whisk before pouring and serving.
