Driving Directions

From the South

Take Lake Shore Drive north and exit at Irving Park Road (4000 north). Continue West on Irving Park Road for 3 blocks. Thorek will be on your right after crossing Broadway Avenue.

From the Southwest

Take the Stevenson (55) to Lake Shore Drive. Take Lake Shore Drive north and exit at Irving Park Road (4000 north). Continue West on Irving Park Road for 3 blocks. Thorek will be on your right after crossing Broadway Avenue.

From the West

Take the Eisenhower (I 290) to Congress Parkway to Lake Shore Drive. Take Lake Shore Drive north and exit at Irving Park Road (4000 north). Continue West on Irving Park Road for 3 blocks. Thorek will be on your right after crossing Broadway Avenue.

From the North/Northwest

Take the Edens (I 94) or the Kennedy (I 90) east. Exit and Keeler (44A) to Irving Park. Take a left of Irving Park Road and continue east for about 4 miles. Thorek will be on your left after crossing Sheridan Road.

Chicago Transit Authority

Via "El" Train

Take the Red Line to the Sheridan station and walk one block east on Irving Park Road.

Via Bus

The #80 Irving Park, the #151 Sheridan and the #36 Broadway all stop within a ½ block of the hospital.
