Thorek Memorial Hospital in Chicago is offering the Pfizer Omicron COVID-19 Booster This Saturday, September 24th from 9am - 2pm at our Uptown, Chicago hospital, located at 850 W Irving Park Rd., in room 116.
No appointment is necessary. You can come anytime during that window of time. Please bring your ID and insurance card. There is no out of pocket expense. If you are uninsured, you can receive the COVID booster for free.
