#### Allergies:

- clear, runny nose
- itchy, watery eyes
- itchy nose and throat
- sneezing

#### Sinus:

- throbbing pain in your forehead
- swollen nasal passages
- pressure in your cheekbones or other areas of your face
- nasal and sinus congestion
