Thorek Memorial Hospital is looking for a qualified Meditech Clinical Analyst to join our Information Systems Department. This postion is responsible for implementation, support, and maintenance to Meditech clinical applications. Position is within a department which includes motivated, dedicated, and friendly staff; an overall great team enviroment.
The Clinical Analyst functions both as a team leader and member with application problem solving, system upgrades, application deployment, and overall system support. Ensures that all clinical systems are fully tested before implementation into production. Proactive in maintaining clinical dictionaries and working with end users. Trains and educates clinical staff on system functionality. Developes reports, scripts, and forms according to requested specifications. Documents business and system processes.


Qualification:
RN,BSN,PA degree is preferred, although not required.
2-3 Years minimum experience in a meditech enviroment, including applications such as PCM,ORM,NUR,OE,and PCI
Advanced analytical and troubleshooting skills
Good oral and written communication skills
Proven organizational and time management skills
Ability to work on multiple projects at the same time
Familiarity with Project Management Principles
Strong Customer Service skills a must
