Job Details:
Responsible for assessing, planning, implementing and evaluating the delivery of nursing care to patients. Continuously assesses patient's needs and responses to medical and nursing intervention. Implements plan of care based on identified needs.
Documents nursing process. Communicates directly with patients and families about nursing care. Communicates patient status to team members. Requires flexibility in response to unexpected changes in work volume, emergencies, staffing, or scheduling changes. Directs patient care provided by support personnel. Assures safety and security of patients.

Qualifications: Current Illinois license as a Registered Nurse and current CPR required. Requires a minimum of 1-year current nursing experience. Must be able to work on Med/Surg and/or Medical Detox unit.
